This calendar showing dates already rented, shaded blue, was posted 05/10/2024, and is complete as of that date.  It is for informational purposes only; no booking can be made through it.  Every effort is made to update the dates the house is rented as soon as they change, but contact us as indicated at "Make a Reservation" to verify available dates.  The most accurate current availability calendar and way to rent can be found on either Airbnb or VRBO.

Our Fire Island Pines vacation rentals are featured in the following venues.  Airbnb and VRBO are now open, and we also accept rentals from the realtors listed.  Take your pick, but the realtors offer a smoother, more customized experience, albeit pricier. Booking directly with the online services for select dates is currently active.  For those clients known and vetted to us and those providing sufficient liability coverage for their stay, direct rentals with attendant savings on service fees may be possible.  Booking with one of our realtors is possible at any time. If using one of the online rental services is a requirement, contact us with your details and user details for the service, and we will attempt to configure a special reservation invitation and send it to you to circumvent global competition, but we cannot guarantee that it will work.
